Current EPFI Management Structure
- Administration - To identify administrative tasks which can be effectively outsourced and to obtain quotes for a one year contract (1H08).
- Adoption - To provide written guidance on the adoption process (1H08).
- Best Practice - To develop guidelines for consistent documentation terms, such as the wording of loan covenants (1H08).
- Communications - To investigate opportunities for improving the Equator Principles website, for providing a bulletin board and for improved reporting under Principle 10 (ongoing until Administration resolved).
- Governance - To propose a formal structure for the management of the Equator Principles, based primarily on the existing procedures (1H08).
- Outreach - To develop and implement a strategy to communicate to (a) other financial institutions which undertake project finance and could benefit from adopting the Equator Principles and (b) export credit agencies (ongoing).
- Scope Review - To analyse other banking services which support projects and for which the Equator Principles may be relevant (1H08).
- Stakeholder Engagement - To develop a strategy for communicating with the principal stakeholders of the Equator Principles (ongoing).
