Rabobank - EP Reporting Information

• Project Finance within Rabobank Group is very small and prohibited for most sectors.
• For those sectors were we do have Project Finance transactions, the EP is part of the credit application.
• The EP is part of the credit manual of Rabobank Group since 2007
• Often projects do not reach the EP assessment stage due to early withdrawal, or they are below EUR 10 mil. No screening and reporting takes places in that case.
• 2008 will focus on the integration of EP in the administrative organisation and internal controls.
